HIV and Sexually Transmitted Infections
For 10 years, we have worked to prevent HIV and other sexually transmitted infections (STI) across 12 countries in the Caribbean.
Non-communicable diseases – such as heart disease, stroke, cancer and chronic respiratory disease – were once considered to be a problem for high-income countries alone. Yet these diseases now account for more deaths than HIV, malaria, tuberculosis, diarrhoea and all other communicable diseases combined.
